Dr. Oz “You may want to abstain”

Freedom in Sobriety“Many studies have found that drinking wine, beer, or liquor in moderate amounts can protect against heart disease, in part by boosting good cholesterol. Other findings, however, may make you want to abstain entirely, like a 2013 study in the American Journal of Public Health that found that people who consume up to one and a half drinks daily account for, on average, nearly 6,000 cancer deaths annually.” quote by The Oprah Magazine by Dr. Oz

I know the thought of eliminating alcohol completely can be way more extreme than you’re willing to consider.  I’ve been there.  I know.  However, I have also been abstinent from all alcohol for over 10 years.  I can honestly say with NO STEPS, NO MEETINGS, and NO STRUGGLE.  I attend events where alcohol is served and have been to homes where they serve wine and enjoy.  It just doesn’t fit my lifestyle.  I  have a Pink Cloud full of all kinds of life yummy goals, dreams, and aspirations that alcohol would only slow me down.  I love what sobriety offers me with a clean mind and spirit.

I say if there is a thought of taking charge of your drinking, Pink Cloud Coaching is a great way to start preparing or start living a life of moderation or abstinence.  Your choice…ALWAYS!
